- Conduct direct in-market tours to assess and execute retail marketing programs, provide sales support, and educate retailers.
- Support B2B communications, including email newsletters and asset distribution via Bynder.
- Coordinate retail marketing POS programs by contacting and working directly with BUFF retailers.
- Manage and oversee product samples.
- Assist in preparing sales and marketing presentations.
- Develop lead-generation activities to support the sales team.
- Support events, strategic partnerships, and tradeshows hands-on.
- Collaborate on marketing strategies for BUFF's headwear and neckwear, emphasizing our love for adventure.
- Coordinate promotional events and partnerships with athletes, ambassadors, and brands.
- Manage setup for trade shows and outdoor industry events such as snow sports, running, and angling, providing sales support and product presentations.
- Handle marketing materials, including catalogs, advertisements, and point-of-purchase assets, overseeing printing and distribution.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and compile reports for continuous improvement.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing or sales within the outdoor products or retail industry.
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, InDesign, Mural, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, Bynder, and Asana.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Proven initiative and ability to operate independently.
- Passion for outdoor activities and knowledge of the outdoor retail vertical.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and handle challenging situations and personalities.
- Strong communication skills to engage with diverse groups and represent the brand effectively, with a marketing and sales mindset.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the U.S. and Canada, sometimes independently, up to 60 days per year, with occasional visits to our headquarters in Barcelona, Spain. Must have a valid passport and driver's license.
- Physical ability to handle outdoor event setups, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Competitive salary: $70,000+ (dependent on experience).
