      Your Role and Responsibilities

      Apptio is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator with the ability to learn new concepts quickly, think creatively on how to best apply them, and then roll up their sleeves to support a variety of Field Operations functions. Tech savviness, strong interpersonal skills and an innate sense of curiosity are must haves.

      This opportunity will play a critical role in supporting Apptio’s Sales Development team to meet their goal of driving sales pipeline — the north star of the Marketing team. The Coordinator’s time will be spent heavily within the tool Salesloft.

      In this role, you will:

      • Collaborate with and support multiple functions within Field Operations including: Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, Sales Development, Marketing Campaigns, Field Marketing and Analytics
      • Maintain and monitor Salesloft, building cadences, ensuring a clean instance, and owning naming conventions, cadence settings and user permissions
      • Monitor SDR follow-up to inbound and event leads
      • Pull analytics, supporting post-campaign analyses with program owners to understand key learnings and share opportunities for optimization
      • Enable understanding of SDR activity and performance within the tool Salesloft
      • Help develop enablement plans and create documentation for SDRs to enhance their skills within and understanding of Salesloft
