- Team Leadership & Training
- Co-recruit, onboard, and manage a team of part-time Brand Ambassadors (team size flexes throughout the year)
- Lead day-to-day operations including scheduling, performance coaching, and in-field quality assurance
- Drive ambassador readiness through ongoing training, support, and accountability
- Field Execution & Oversight
- Oversee the execution of grassroots, community-based, and event-led activations
- Ensure all field activities meet established quality standards and are delivered on time and on brand
- Monitor KPIs, capture performance data, and share insights with internal stakeholders
- Market Development & Partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, organizations, and community stakeholders
- Identify local opportunities that enhance relevance, increase reach, and support broader program goals
- Conduct in-market audits, gather competitive intelligence, and provide localized strategic feedback
- Operational Continuity
- Serve as the consistent lead in-market, ensuring smooth transitions between activation cycles
- Manage assets, inventories, and local logistics with efficiency and attention to detail
- Support recruitment efforts, pre-planning efforts, and post-activation reporting as needed
- Bending, squatting, crouching and reaching, climbing, kneeling, and stooping including to arrange and display point of sale
- Frequent lifting and moving cases of product and other objects of 50 pounds or more
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Ideal candidates possess 4-6 years of professional experience, with a minimum 2-3 years demonstrated sales experience
- Fitness/health and wellness industry experience strongly preferred
- Adept at communicating clearly and concisely with clients, partners, colleagues, and other professional audience
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong budget management skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, juggle multiple projects, and work independently
- Must have valid driver's license, with clean driving record/background check
- Must be willing to travel up to 50% and within assigned sales region
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays, as needed
- Manage administrative tasks with attention to meeting agency compliance guidelines and standards

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized Market Manager to lead local field marketing program. This individual will serve as the operational anchor in their market, overseeing execution, managing a part-time ambassador team, and cultivating strategic local relationships. The Market Manager is responsible for ensuring quality field delivery, sharing actionable insights, and maintaining a consistent brand presence throughout the year.

The base compensation range for this job classification is between $75,000-$85,000.00 annually. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related skills and qualifications, length of service and geographic location. This job classification is bonus eligible, with bonus potential subject to applicable bonus plan terms and conditions.
