Focus on Contract Solutions and National Accounts
Expert on region, landscape, and EAM marketing offense
Segmentation of customers and pull AMPs to execute based on segmentation
Create Account plans with leaders
Customer engagement support and delivery
Sales Support and strategy for sales engagement and development
Partner with Sales Enablement on execution of strategy
Bachelor's degree, required
4+ years of work experience, required
2+ years of medical device or marketing/sales experience, required
MBA, preferred
Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies

Stryker ‘s Customer Solutions is an organization designed to evolve our strategic contracting function, to provide consistency and accuracy in data and information, and to build more long-term sustainable customer relationships in the U.S. market.
This role will support the Enterprise Account Management (EAM) function within Customer Solutions. EAM, which is comprised of Contract Solutions, National Accounts and Strategic Sales, executes the contracting and pricing strategies of Stryker’s 22 commercial business units via negotiations with health systems, Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), and government accounts. Together, we deliver comprehensive solutions that simplify the buying process for the largest 400 Health Systems, GPOs, and government customers.
The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for partnering with regional teams to execute the annual marketing plan strategy and provide sales-support. They will gain alignment to the annual marketing plan and drive key product and program strategies enabling growth with key accounts and customers. Due to their high engagement with the field and customers, they will contribute customer and product insights to their internal business partners.

$71,000 - $152,400 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
