- Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing plans and strategies to support business objectives in the North American region.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their needs, align marketing efforts, and drive demand-generation activities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify key target markets, customer segments, and competitive landscape in the North American region.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including events, tradeshows, webinars, digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation activities.
- Manage and coordinate regional events and tradeshows, including logistics, booth design, collateral creation, staffing, and post-event analysis.
- Work closely with the global marketing team to localize and adapt marketing materials, messaging, and campaigns specific to the North American market.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop and execute marketing programs and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, lead generation metrics, and ROI to optimize marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Provide regular reporting and communication on marketing activities, results, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and make data-driven recommendations.
- Coordinate quotes, invoice approvals, budget updates, and invoice processing as they relate to specific NA activities.
- Ensure Genie collateral and North American Genielift.com website are up to date with current product information, with the assistance of the Marketing Operations team.
- Solid understanding of B2B marketing strategies, lead generation, and demand generation tactics, particularly with North American heavy equipment customer segments.
- Proven experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns and events.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong multitasking abilities and a demonstrated self-starter attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
- Soft skills including interpersonal communication, stress management, and managing relationships with superiors, colleagues, and subordinates.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to command an audience and gain buy-in from senior management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- 3-5 years of related experience in Marketing/Sales/Product Management
- Experience working within an OEM
- Experience leading or supporting marketing initiatives
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategy
- Ability to present data and make recommendations
- Background in customer research, including quantitative and qualitative methodologies

Salary: The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $105,000x USD. The salary range may be higher or lower depending on the applicant’s location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus.
