- A minimum of four years in a marketing position and/or advertising agency role is required with at least three years of experience in a hotel/resort or a related fi eld.
- At least t wo years’ supervisory experience in a marketing position.
- The ability to create and maintain relationships with local communities and property leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality, business, or related field.
- A broad understanding of the tourism industry and the day-to-day operations of a hotel/resort

The Kalahari Resort and Convention Center is a water park resort chain with locations in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin; Sandusky, Ohio; Pocono Manor, Pennsylvania; and in Round Rock, Texas.

The authentically African-inspired resort is home to America’s largest indoor waterparks and features well-appointed guest rooms, full-service Spa Kalahari, a fun-filled family entertainment center, on-site signature restaurants, unique retail shops and a state-of-the-art convention center.
We are inviting you to apply for the position of Director of Field Marketing . In this position, you will be responsible for driving property-level revenue through marketing plans that address local and regional business objectives/challenges. Candidates must live nearby or be willing to relocate within driving distance to one of the following resort locations - Round Rock TX , Wisconsin Dells, WI, OR Spotsylvania VA.
