What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in cross-functional meetings, present findings, and drive initiatives that support category growth
- Analyze and optimize the performance of assets within DSD categories, providing recommendations for improvements
- Conduct in-depth analysis of performance, risks, and potential returns of DSD assets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) for DSD categories
- Manage all store projects related to new openings, relocations, expansions, and closings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment
- 3+ years’ experience analyzing and synthesizing data
- 3+ years’ experience building reports and dashboards to communicate data trends and forecasts
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to process data and make effective decisions
- High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED) required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment
- 5+ years’ experience using design methodologies, including user research and prototype development
- Ability to influence leaders to change thinking
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
