Primary Responsibilities:
· Schedule and organize activities such as meetings and department activities for the Field Ops Training team, including events to help with employee morale and regularly scheduled business meetings.
· Assist the Training Team in the management of their schedules.
· Attend management meetings and take notes.
· Handle confidential and non-routine information.
· Help with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
· Serve as a liaison and advocate between different working groups/teams to ensure that appropriate measures are taken regarding each given situation.
· Perform daily administrative duties for the Training Team, such as email responses, JIRA ticket approvals, roster updates, and training meeting invitations.
Required Skills, Experience & Education:
· Proven ability to meet expectations set forth by management.
· Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Keen attention to detail.
· High throughput ability
· “Owners” attitude for getting things done.
· Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations (position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy)
· Ability to handle multiple tasks from multiple people simultaneously.
· Creative problem-solving
· Positive Attitude
Preferred Skills, Experience & Education:
· Two years of experience in an administrative or leadership setting

WORKING CONDITIONS:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
