As a Premium Auditor, you will always be on the move traveling within an assigned territory, meeting new people, building relationships and learning about the businesses we insure. You will review financial records to ensure premiums charged are appropriate and educate policyholders on the nuances of the workers compensation system. You will provide vital information to your coworkers within the company and will be encouraged to learn the insurance business and seek professional designations to jumpstart your insurance career. While working from home, you will schedule your appointments and enjoy the benefits of a flexible work schedule.Salary range: $46,575 - $72,977 with actual placement determined individually based on experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
• High school diploma or GED required.• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• 1+ years of experience with auditing, payroll, accounting, or business.
This position requires effective communication and interpersonal skills, strong computer skills, time management skills, and the ability to travel to meet clients at their place of business (Field positions only). Candidates must also be curious and possess a willingness to help.
For Field Auditor Position Only:
A valid driver’s license and motor vehicle insurance is required. Use of personal vehicle is required. When not conducting policyholder visits in the field, field auditors will office out of their personal place of residence.
