      IAA, an RB Global, Inc. Company is seeking a Field Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in San Antonio, TX.

      The purpose of this role is to ensure quality standards are met with State Farm provider Service Level Agreements (SLA’s). The successful incumbent is responsible for warranting check-in details are correct and completed timely; image quality is to standards; physically inspect the vehicle for wash quality and that all personal documents have been removed and placed in the agreed location. The agents focus on all provider “Quality Assurance” is executed to prevent extra work though SMRT reporting from State Farm and guarantying we maintain exceptional confidence of the customer/provider. The Agent will confirm that the provider vehicles are ready for sale and that all inventory is checked on regular/cyclical basis for Quality Assurance to make sure we are protecting the provider assets to the best of our ability.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Image quality review, identify trends and areas for improvement and provide input to manager(s) to enhance training or create action plans to address issue(s) with branch team.
      • Maintain a solid understanding of provider expectation, quality methodology; meet/exceed Provider/State Farm Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines.
      • Accurate check in attributes.
      • Personal item removal.
      • Make sure the drop zone area is presentable.
      • Full Inventory asset protection.
      • Missing parts compliance.
      • Operate passenger vehicles in a safe manner for the purposes of moving the vehicles around the facility and/or participating in drive-through auctions.
      • Ability to apply appropriate use of security, maintenance, and safety procedures to protect Company and customer assets.
      • Remain alert to potential hazards associated with heavy equipment and other vehicles operated in assigned work area.
      • Ability to work in varying climates, weather conditions, and walking surfaces, inside and outside.
      • General mechanical knowledge of makes and models of vehicles required.
      • Be receptive to feedback and embrace continuous improvement
      • Duties are subject to change, based on business needs.

      Qualifications:

      • High School diploma or equivalent.
      • 3-4 Years relevant experience in insurance or internal working knowledge of field quality resolutions.
      • Excellent teamwork skills: proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
      • Ability to communicate, in written and verbal form, with diverse audiences, internal and external to the company, in a clear and comprehensible manner.
      • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
