What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the hourly recruitment process
- Manage candidate outreach programs and recruitment materials
- Proactively source, qualify, and implement creative recruiting strategies
- Partner with external recruiting agencies as needed
- Coach restaurant managers and people leaders on recruiting best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in QSR Operations for hourly or management roles highly preferred
- 3+ years of experience and/or education in Human Resources with an emphasis in Recruiting
- High School Diploma required; BA/BS Degree preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and related employment laws and guidelines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge and experience with HR databases and recruiting software
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point
- Strong work ethic and high level of confidentiality
- Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and various contacts
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment
