What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate internal career pathways between ground and air transportation units
- Foster positive relationships with local fire agencies
- Collaborate with leaders to assess staffing needs and develop appropriate staffing models
- Cultivate relationships with schools and feeder organizations to support community relations and attract applicants
- Advertise open positions through social media and marketing channels
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years of experience in recruitment/selection and related employment law practices
- Excellent knowledge of the healthcare sector, preferably in EMS
- Valid State Driver’s License and driving record in compliance with employer safety and driving policy
- Strong motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- BA in Human Resources or equivalent work-related experience
- Current EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) or Paramedic experience
- Social media and marketing experience
