What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in managing patient records and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate scheduling and appointments for patients and healthcare providers
- Respond to patient inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to facilitate efficient operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or administrative role
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in healthcare administration preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using healthcare software and Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations
- Bilingual abilities to assist a diverse patient population
- Previous experience in a customer service role within healthcare
- Certification as a Medical Assistant or similar credential
