What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage incoming and outgoing patient communications to ensure timely responses
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to facilitate patient care and service delivery
- Assist in the development of patient care plans and follow-up procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations
- Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and care strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or clinical setting
- High School Diploma or GED required; relevant certifications preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with patient management software
- Additional certifications in healthcare administration or patient care
- Bilingual skills in Spanish or another language
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance standards
