What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide phone coverage for incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring calls are directed to the appropriate staff members
- Resolve customer service issues and pharmacy network problems to ensure client satisfaction
- Assist with on-site client orientation, health fairs, and business conferences
- Perform office duties such as copying, collating, mailings, filing, and credit card processing
- Acquire knowledge and proficiency in pharmacy benefit management (PBM) and mail order resources to effectively assist members and clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Completion of mandatory training programs, including HIPAA Privacy Course and HIPAA Security Course
- Exceptional phone and listening skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician or customer service representative in a healthcare-related service
