What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead outreach to healthcare practitioners within the assigned territory to grow and develop the account base
- Plan and implement effective strategies to increase market share, coordinating with various sales teams
- Conduct timely face-to-face contact with accounts to ensure strong relationships and customer satisfaction
- Respond to customer concerns and inquiries promptly to enhance the client experience
- Attend medical conventions and training programs to improve sales acumen and performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- Valid US Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Motor Vehicle Check Required)
- Ability to travel extensively within a specific geographic territory
- Excellent communication skills with prior experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Word and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior sales experience is helpful, but not required
- Passion for building relationships and creating sales opportunities
- Comfort with cold calling and initiating conversations with prospective customers
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
