What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect and engage with senior decision-makers in Risk, Audit, and Information Security teams within enterprise organizations
- Initiate and manage sales strategies and territory plans for acquiring new business in large enterprise accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across targeted organizations
- Provide regular opportunity status updates and accurate forecasts to management using Salesforce
- Collaborate with Channel partners and the RiskRecon Alliances team to drive pipeline growth and accelerate deal velocity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of enterprise software sales experience with a focus on new customer acquisition
- Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and consistently exceeding quotas over $1M ACV annual revenue
- Strong network of executive relationships in the security industry
- Excellent organizational skills and effective communication abilities, both oral and written
- Self-starter with the ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in selling large-ticket enterprise security or risk applications or infrastructure software
- Previous experience in an early-stage company with a focus on territory growth and exceeding sales goals
- Familiarity with SaaS solutions and sales processes
