You understand the value of building and maintaining relationships to increase enrollment and provide an excellent member experience along the way.

      Note: Must have a valid military ID card and be either an active duty family member, retiree, or retiree family member to perform duties on military bases.

      The territory for this position is Newport News, Hampton City, Poquoson, and southeastern York County region to help us serve Langley AFB and Ft. Eustis.

      What you’ll do:

      • Provides information on the USFHP in various settings to educate DEERS-eligible TRICARE military health system beneficiaries
      • Interface with key military and military-related organization contacts to facilitate meetings and events.
      • Conduct seminars; offer educational programs; conduct information briefings
      • Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with healthcare and community/family support/retiree activities coordinators.
      • Assist military beneficiaries to enroll in USFHP online, over the phone, email, and/or in-person.
      • Build and maintain relationships throughout the assigned territory to promote USFHP and other JHHP products.
      • Maintain timely and accurate reporting

      What you’ll bring:

      • Excellent communication skills
      • Ability to develop and cultivate Military Base Command relationships
      • Current or previous membership in USFHP a plus
      • Ability to explain features/benefits of the USFHP
      • Great attention to detail and follow through
      • Goal and Relationship oriented
      • Bachelor’s or Associates degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required

      Salary Range: Minimum $26.12/hour - Maximum $ 43.11/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

      In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
