What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review Job Specifications and interpret Fire Alarm design drawings
- Conduct site surveys and convey needed design changes to Project Management
- Assist Technical Support team with support requests through email and phone
- Troubleshoot and configure system functionality for customers
- Provide timely solutions to technical field problems requiring attention to detail

What is Required (Qualifications):
- HS Diploma or GED
- Able to travel ~60-70%
- 5+ years of field service experience
- 1+ years of commercial fire alarm experience
- Must be able to be on your feet for long periods of time

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with commercial fire alarm control panels and detection products
- NICET Fire Alarm Systems (Level 2 or higher)
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Experience with the following Edwards products: Fireworks, Hyperspike, Modulaser
- 2yr associates or higher degree
