      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve technical problems and product issues
      - Understand customer's business and competitive environment to generate service revenue
      - Actively participate as a member of the regional work team, improving processes and identifying training gaps
      - Complete all administrative duties and adhere to regulatory requirements and safety standards
      - Utilize tools, resources, and escalation processes to resolve customer and system problems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience servicing healthcare technology equipment/software or similar products
      - Proficiency in resolving complex technical problems
      - Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Ability to work in various settings and environments, including hospitals and healthcare facilities
      - Flexibility to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience servicing Philips Xper/Flex Cardio & Xcelera equipment/software or similar products
