      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving customer needs
      - Actively participate as a member of the regional work team, improving processes and identifying training gaps
      - Perform administrative duties within regulatory requirements and timeframes
      - Utilize tools and resources to resolve customer and system problems
      - Travel across the specified geography, with occasional overnight stays and air/train travel

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging or electromechanical service environment
      - Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory
      - Physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements must be met
      - Must be able to work flexible hours and travel to Canada with a valid US Passport

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of related experience in the medical device service field
      - Experience in imaging laser and/or optical laser
