  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Create and manage service and repair work orders in the employer's CRM system
  - Coordinate shipment of parts and replacement components to customer and partner locations
  - Schedule onsite service with customers, technicians, and service partners
  - Communicate repair timelines, part delivery status, and technician schedules to customers
  - Maintain accurate service records, part inventories, and work order logs
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  - 1–3 years of experience in field service coordination, service operations, logistics, or customer service roles
  - Proficiency with office productivity applications, CRM systems, and analytics tools
  - Strong scheduling and resource allocation skills
  - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Familiarity with drones, electronics, or industrial equipment
  - Experience with dispatching software
  - Self-motivated problem solver with a customer-first mindset
  - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
