      Full Time

      RAF Coningsby, Lincolnshire or Bristol (Admin Home base)/ Work location – Various, UK and International

Rolls-Royce is contracted to deliver a range of technical support services and maintenance capabilities at customer locations both in the UK and internationally. As an international mobile FSR, you would join a rotation of postings to support at customer locations in the UK and overseas. Each posting normally has a duration of between 2-5 years, depending on the location, before being rotated into subsequent support locations. Options and benefits to allow families to accompany on postings away from home are available.

      What you will be doing

      • Provide advice to customers around all aspects of engine maintenance and operation as well as support customers away from main operating base including specific tasking
      • Reducing the number of unnecessary engine rejections occurring on the forward line; this will require close liaison with the forward line managers/supervisors; SOPs, assisting with trouble-shooting /fault diagnosis and liaison with Eng Ops.
      • Provide support to help maintain customer satisfaction/complaint targets and delivery, including proactive management of issues to resolution through customer data systems
      • Management of “in service” customer relationships across various levels within the Customer, OEM and Supplier organisations
      • Carry out modular and LRI maintenance activities (location dependent)

      Who we’re looking for

      • Qualified to at least HND level or having equivalent relevant experience.
      • Knowledge of aerospace Regulatory Requirements.
      • A Customer focused attitude.
      • Experience of aircraft propulsion system and maintenance at ML1 / ML2 is essential, any engine type
      • Will have been trained within a propulsion maintenance organisation or come from a relevant Engineering / Service Engineering discipline, or holds equivalent qualifications

      To apply for this role, you must be able to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance without any caveats to that clearance. Rolls-Royce will support the application for Security Clearance if you don’t currently already have this in place.
