      The Veolia Group's Water division has an international reputation in water management for the public and industrial sectors: drinking water, industrial water, sludge treatment, wastewater treatment and recycling. In the Benelux, Veolia WTS has been established in Belgium (Liège, Herentals, Haasrode) and the Netherlands (Venlo) since 1947 to ensure the design, construction, commissioning, operation and financing of water treatment plants as well as services related to their proper functioning.We are looking for: Field Service Representative (m/f)

      What will you be doing?

      As a Field Service Representative, you will be a professional service provider in the water treatment industry. You’ll be providing on-site services for our customers sites. The following activities are a guideline; others can be part of the job scope.

      Qualifications/Requirements

      • Electro-Mechanical or Chemical background (bachelor/master or equivalent)

      • Minimum of 3-5 years of plant or maintenance experience, preferably connected to water treatment

      Skills and Abilities

      • Service mentality (hands-on!), customer focus

      • Language: Dutch - English (french as option)

      • Strong communications skills (written, verbal, and listening)

      • Familiarity with water treatment processes and applications is appreciated

      • Strong interpersonal skills

      • Strong analytical skills and business acumen - results oriented

      • Ability to be a team player

      • Self-initiative and motivation with the ability to work independently

      • Strong organizational skills

      • Driving license

      Essential Functions/Responsibilities

      • Ensure compliance with all aspects of safety on the job

      • Follow-up the daily operation and carrying out preventive maintenance tasks at customer

      site

      • First line trouble shooting → working time flexibility can be required

      • Commissioning and starting up of mobile (temporary) water treatment equipment

      • Act as technical consultant and liaison with customer management and technical

      counterparts

      • Organization and preparation of the technician activities on site
