What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and repair product failures to minimize equipment downtime
- Make recommendations for improved equipment performance
- Document and submit service/repair activity
- Perform product installations and provide operator equipment production and maintenance training
- Deliver service training to service vendors and partners
- Identify and resolve potential customer dissatisfaction issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- More than 50% travel, often on short notice
- 5-8 years of experience in a similar role providing advanced product support for commercial and industrial printing products
- Completion of program at a community college, technical or commercial school or equivalent experience
- Ability to troubleshoot computer hardware and software problems
- Ability to organize and write technical reports

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Field/on-site repair experience
