- Be active at the customer interface with direct responsibility of problem solving, maintenance hands-on and advisory work, training, and service delivery in installation, commissioning, field service and spare parts.
- Act as first contact point in daily maintenance and operation support to our customers with On-line Process Analyzer applications.
- Provide technical support for internal and external customers mainly in Sweden but also globally.
- Train customers on basic operation and maintenance.
- Promote service offering and assist in challenging customer sales cases.
- Have a strong contribution in improving customer satisfaction.
- Be responsible for internal and customer related reporting and documentation.
- Minimum bachelor level degree in Electrical engineering or comparable experience.
- Understanding of maintenance practices for industrial equipment.
- Previous experience in working with Automation equipment is seen as a benefit.
- Good interpersonal and team working skills, with the ability to communicate regularly with internal and external customers.
- Willingness to work at the customer interface and participate to service work.
- Proven ability to work independently under pressure and keep to deadlines.
- Business oriented mindset and punctual process following working method.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
- Willingness to deepen knowledge of Automation technology and mineral processing.
- Good IT application capabilities.
- Very good written and spoken communication skills in Swedish and English including technical language.
