Job Description

- Lead and supervise a team of Security Officers to ensure effective performance, adherence to post orders, and client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular site inspections to evaluate service delivery, officer presence, and compliance with client-specific directives.
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for team members to promote continuous improvement and retention.
- Support the onboarding of new officers and assist with orientation, ensuring readiness for assigned posts.
- Act as a liaison between Securitas and client representatives, maintaining strong relationships and addressing issues promptly.
- Respond to incidents, security breaches, or emergencies and ensure proper documentation and escalation as required.
- Monitor and communicate scheduling needs, coverage requirements, and changes with Branch management.
- Review officer reports, timekeeping records, and assist with payroll, billing, and administrative documentation.
- Promote a professional work environment by supporting adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
- Attend team and client meetings as necessary, representing the branch with professionalism and integrity.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the security industry or a related field.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
- Must meet and maintain all required state, county, or municipal licensing for Security Officers.
- Proven ability to supervise, motivate, and coach a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of security operations, post procedures, and safety protocols.
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in basic computer use and capable of generating accurate logs, reports, and communications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and staff at all levels.
- Customer service focused with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Ability to adapt to different site needs and varying client environments.
- Base Salary: $54,040 with milage reimbursement.

Job Summary:
The Field Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality security services across multiple client sites. This position is responsible for supervising Security Officers, conducting site inspections, coaching team members, supporting branch operations, and ensuring full compliance with post orders and client expectations. The Field Supervisor also acts as the first point of response to incidents and may be called upon to provide emergency or relief coverage as needed.
