Job Description

- Travel to different client locations daily to provide break/fix support
- Diagnose and repair printer hardware and related equipment
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused presence onsite
- Document service activities and communicate updates to relevant teams
- Manage time effectively to cover assigned service calls within set schedules
- Participate in after-hours and on-call rotations as needed
- Active A+ Certification (required)
- Proven Printer Repair Skills
- Drug and Background screening
- 0–2 years in a related IT/field technician role
- Certification: Must hold an active A+ Certification
- Reliable transportation to travel up to 100 miles daily
- Must be comfortable working independently and representing the company onsite
- Strong communication and customer service skills

Pay Rate: $22.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Afterhours & Overtime as needed)
