- On-Site Service: Responding to emergency service calls and performing on-site hose replacements to minimize downtime for our clients.
- Custom Hose Assemblies: Utilizing your technical expertise to create custom hose assemblies tailored to our clients' specific requirements.
- Preventative Maintenance: Conducting scheduled maintenance visits to identify and address potential hose issues before they cause operational disruptions.
- Customer Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, offering technical advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Managing and restocking your service vehicle with necessary equipment, hoses, and fittings.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a background in hydraulics or industrial hoses is preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, on-call environment.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy equipment and hoses.
