      Job purpose

      Answer phones calls and emails for multiple territories and provide excellent customer service by assisting customers who have service requests. Open work orders and verify customer account and payment methods. Assist with all office processes resulting in the closing and invoicing of work orders daily. Verify that opened jobs have been scheduled and dispatched and follow up with customers to ensure customer’s expectations are met in a timely manner.

      Duties and responsibilities

      • Answer customer requests for Field Service repairs and open work orders for dispatching a min. of 10-15 Field Service technicians
      • Follow-up with customers and technicians to make sure WPI is providing a superior service
      • Take calls for service from internal and external customers
      • Generate Work Orders for dispatching of technicians
      • Review/Invoice Work Orders upon job completion
      • Designated timekeeper for respective branch
      • Assist with all other office processes as directed by supervisor
      • Perform other duties as assigned

      Qualifications

      • Minimum of 4 year(s) previous experience preferred
      • High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
      • Prefer bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking and writing skills

      • Must have ability to build and maintain good client relationships
      • Display strong written and oral communication skills
      • Detail oriented, good problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills
      • Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines
