- Ensures supplier's assistance verifying performed tasks, controlling suppliers' invoicing and communicating deviations to top management.
- Provides technical assistance to the customer responding to queries, providing explanatory information regarding the use of products in general.

- Participates in the design of expenses, investments, and personnel budget with the FSM or FSSM.
- Ensures tool's quality controlling the cleanliness, good maintenance, and use of materials in the operation process.
- Reports about the rendered service, performance progress and occurred inconveniences. Participates in the management's report, submitting indicators' analysis results.
- Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
- Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
- Proven Oilfield Service Industry knowledge is considered an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, have strong computer skills and good mechanical knowledge.
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License
- Previous experience in the Oil and Gas industry an asset
- Intermediate Excel and Office skills
- Safety and Quality minded, detail oriented, with strong follow-up and analytical skills, Boots on the ground personality, interpersonal skills to work with all levels of the company.

Tenaris is looking for a Field Services Dispatcher to join the team in our Supply Chain area. The role supervises the development of services in oil fields by controlling the execution of activities in accordance with the established service program, issuing management reports about the rendered service, providing the customer with technical assistance, and ensuring suppliers' assistance.
