What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee rig operations to support Field Services at rig sites, guiding troubleshooting actions and monitoring multiple jobs
- Ensure accurate data entry and validation in the online platform, proactively identifying and resolving anomalies
- Verify pre-job checklists and conduct connectivity tests to ensure platform functionality
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve concerns and enhance operational efficiency
- Propose enhancements to communication and operational protocols based on observations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in field services (casing and torque turn)
- Bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering or a related field from a four-year college is desirable
- Fundamental understanding of well construction operations, including pipe running and rig systems
- Proficiency in data entry and the use of web-based platforms
- Strong analytical, prioritization, and teamwork abilities; exceptional written and verbal communication skills
