- Legendary holiday company parties.
- Lead collaboration efforts with customer contacts and Level 10 PMO to architect documents for projects
- Execute on-site Proof of Concepts and document all critical success factors
- Draft, revise and maintain all project documents for all customers
- Identify and implement all critical deliverables for each project such as picture and video deliverables and managers acceptance forms
- Identify and assign project parameters such as Technician Tier Level 1,2,3,4,
- Support and train other departments on project specs and expectations
- Execute material takeoffs using customer provided floorplans and documentation resulting in the Bill of Materials that will be used to execute and complete the work by others.
- Participate in Technician Review Meetings to identify an appropriate tier rating
- Support Escalations from the Field Technician Support Team
- Position requires travel up to 75%. Ability to travel on short notice.
