What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Cover a large territory to provide customer support for riding mowers
- Diagnose and repair TTI riding mowers in the field
- Recruit and train new service centers for riding mower repair programs
- Provide ongoing training to existing service centers on current and new riding mowers
- Maintain open communication with all relevant parties within the organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Extensive travel within territory and some overnight stays
- Must be mechanically inclined; specific rider repair training will be provided
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to empathize and relate to customers effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in presenting and/or training in a technical or customer service setting
