- Maintain a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the technicians, subcontractors, and residential service coordinators to facilitate the service and COM requirements for the location assigned.
- Adjust technicians' schedules as needed to complete all work requests in a timely manner.
- Assist in the coordination of technician training, truck stock inventories, vacation planning, and company meetings.
- Responsible for duties of Maintenance Technicians, Service Order Coordinators, COM Coordinators, and other Field Supervisors in their absence or as required.
- Perform Quality Control service requests and checks throughout the COM process for technician and subcontracted work to ensure time and quality expectations are met.
- Investigate and resolve resident complaints.
- Scope and identify tasks required for COM, including estimating time and cost to complete repairs and coordinating contractor work.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Less than 1 year of supervisory experience.
- A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
- Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to comprehend and converse in English to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people and personalities.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Vocational or technical training.
- Carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC or appliance certifications.
- Experience with Yardi a plus.

San Pedro, CA /Military Housing Services – Maintenance Management /Full Time/ On-siteWinnCompanies is searching for an adaptable and motivated Field Maintenance Supervisor to join our military team located in San Pedro, CA.In this role, your primary responsibility is to assist with the overall operation of the maintenance service call function, preventive maintenance program, and the Change of Occupancy Maintenance (COM) team. Please note that the pay range for this position is $30.78 to $33.85 per hour. On-site housing is available for rent if needed.Responsibilities
