What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the onboarding process of new members according to membership requirements
- Evaluate and recommend prospective members to pool staff for further consideration
- Analyze and direct all required farmer compliance paperwork needs within the division
- Prepare and distribute Farmer Update Notices to ensure consistent records with partners and departments
- Oversee and facilitate membership status changes, including farm transfers and entity changes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years of office experience required, preferably in an agricultural setting
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, or commensurate experience preferred
- Knowledge of organic production systems and organic certification standards
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with multiple tasks and meet team deadlines

- Practical dairy and livestock experience
- Demonstrated skill in interpersonal collaboration
- Ability to foster teamwork in a fast-paced service-oriented environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and database entry
