KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Successfully completed an Automobile Technician Diploma with NVQ level 3 - 4 or IVQ level 4 - 5 from a from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years’ work experience as a technician at a reputed workshop in agriculture vehicles.
• Knowledgeable with hydraulic attachments
• Good technical skills coupled with computer literacy.
• Possess a valid Riding / Driving license.
• Self-motivated, result oriented individual who is a good team player.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Effectively carry out maintenance and technical repair assistance based on symptoms of all Tractor & Harvester (CNH) units in the field by visiting customers at their site with relevant quality standards.
• Diagnose the vehicle to determine the cause of malfunction.
• Assess the cause of failure to determine the parts requirement and submit appropriate reports on repairing the unit as per manufacture standards.
• Plan and carries out the necessary repairs using standard tools and instruments with allotted time frames.
• Make cost effective use of materials and maintain the highest productivity levels that are aligned with operational KPI’s.
• Communicate with clients to ensure the safe isolation of the vehicle within the duration of the repair and follow all site-specific safe working practices.
• Work within all health and safety legislation, ensure all safe work practices are followed.
