This position is for a telecommunications, structured cabling, and technology Field Service Technician. The job will consist of completing various cable runs, hardware moves, adds, changes and smart hands installations for Granite customers, primarily within a 50-mile service area radius. The technician will also be responsible for leading subcontracted crews on larger projects in the area. Company vehicle provided. Technician will directly report to a remote supervisor. Duties and Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with the NI team members and departments that schedule each service call Complete basic structured cabling repairs and new installations according to industry standard practices Smart Hands installations and maintenance with various technology platforms and changing SOWs Provide all required job and project deliverables within 24 hours or otherwise specified in an SOW Keep company vehicle clean and serviced properly Keep all materials & tools stocked.
