We are currently looking to fill the position of Field Training Specialist with a starting range of $68,000 - $110,000/year, dependent upon experience, education, and skills.This role is eligible for remote work within the US.

      The Field Training Specialist provides field training and education to customers on all Paragon 28 products to assist them in the effective use and clinical value of the products and systems. This role provides support to Sales Representatives in driving adaptation and use of our products.

      US regional roles include: Northeast, Southeast, Great Lakes, Midwest and Far West

      Key Responsibilities

      • Overall responsibility for the field training and education of Paragon 28 products within assigned terrritory

      • Provides support to Sales Representatives to maximize Paragon 28’s product adoption and use while ensuring alignment with the Commercial Team focus areas

      • As subject matter expert (SME), facilitates first-class customer training, guidance and support by providing:

        • Hands on cadaveric & sawbone trainings

        • Industry meeting presentations

        • Local meeting presentations

        • General presentation opportunities

      • Provides SME product/clinical technical competencies, answering a wide range of questions concerning clinical applications.

      • Assists with the design and creation of training content and material

      • Communicates and executes training logistics/schedule:

        • Mobile lab

        • Cadaveric Specimens

        • Training Calendar

        • Training locations

      • Manages training inventory when in the field:

        • Properly cleaned

        • Stocked

        • Up to lab performance quality

      • Reports post training documentation , including training notes and product/clinical feedback, to Commercial management team and other stakeholders

      • Maintains and distributes monthly reporting to management of KPIs

      • Other duties as assigned

      Work Environment:

      This position is field based within the assigned geographic region

      Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

      This is a full-time position. Evening and weekend hours will be required to accommodate physician schedules.

      Travel Requirements:

      • Up to 90% overnight travel to support assigned region

      • Participate in Regional and National Sales Meetings


      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree preferred
      • Minimum of 2 years foot and ankle orthopedic sales or marketing experience preferred
      • Must have strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of employees and medical professionals
      • Basic Microsoft Office knowledge; Power BI helpful
