• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent work experience in a retail environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management principles, and industry best practices.
• A positive attitude and a hunger for finding opportunities to drive improvement, fuel organizational growth, and deliver business commitments.
• Ability to travel for extended periods of time, including nights/weekends/holidays.
