- Oversee and ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising standards in U.S. retail stores, collaborating with Store Operations to bring visual displays to life according to visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Conduct store visits for evaluation, offer on-the-spot feedback, implement daily directives, compile reports, and assist in brand events and related projects to support visual merchandising and brand marketing strategies.
- Develop tailored visual merchandising plans for new stores, support openings through on-site or remote assistance, collaborate with various teams to align visual strategies with brand standards and campaign goals, and provide insights for improving new store opening processes.
- Take an active role in stores to drive visual execution and performance improvements. Adjust displays based on priorities and trends, analyze key visual merchandising data for effective space utilization, establish benchmark stores, and collaborate on developing training tools.
- Maintain accurate store-related data records, coordinate with sales and construction teams for updates, and support the management and organization of visual merchandising props to ensure availability and proper allocation.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Art or a related field
- 3 - 5 years' visual merchandising experience in retail industry. Strong understanding of store layout principles, color coordination, with excellent aesthetic and visual presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with experience in retail data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking
- Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint or other data visualization tools to generate business insights
- Has strong organized, logical, strategic thinking. Has the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work across different time zones and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel regularly across stores in the West region and support new store openings and events

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Visual Merchandising (West) to execute visual presentations to consumers, in-store, robo machines, events, and tradeshows. Ensure all the visual merchandising execution on-time and align with visual merchandising standards. Drive retail excellence through optimized visual merchandising display in stores. Deliver visual merchandising training for both store staff and related teams. Regular Store visits are required, coupled with strong on-site visual merchandising skills, communication & reporting, offer professional and persistent improvement proposal, and instore training will be the day-to-day operation.
