- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Coordinate archival of documents to offsite storage
- Respond to file information requests via phone, email, or in person
- Perform data entry and document sorting
- Use Microsoft Office Suite for administrative tasks
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation
- 1–2 years of administrative or clerical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- High attention to detail and comfort with repetitive tasks
- Experience handling confidential documents and paper files
- Demonstrated self-motivation and goal-setting ability
- Sense of urgency and accountability
- Comfortable working in a quiet, focused environment
- No degree required
Location: 100% Onsite – South Seattle, WA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: Up to $21/hour
Contract Length: 6 Months

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Administrative Support Specialist to join our team for a 6-month contract. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, quiet environment and enjoys working with physical files and confidential information.
You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining partner records, managing file systems, and responding to file information requests. This includes photocopying, scanning, data entry, and using Microsoft Office tools to support administrative tasks.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
