Job Description
- Req#: REF36996R
- Utilize knives to debone front halves
- Product Grading and Packing- Identify and pack product into trays or bulk product codes that meets product specifications
- Salvaging – Utilize salvaging techniques to separate bruised, damaged, mis-cut or diseased chicken/chicken parts.
- Must be able to stand for prolong periods of time (8-10 hrs) on a concrete/metal grate floor
- Must be able to use small hand held tools such as knives or scissors.
- Able to visually inspect product and separate chicken
- Repetitive grasping, pushing and pulling motions, torso twisting; and lifting up to 35 lbs required.
- Rotation into all positions on the fillet line is required.

Job Description
Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour
(Additional $.20 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)
