As Creative Executive, Film Partnerships, you'll support connecting brands with our Films in meaningful ways. You'll collaborate with Amazon MGM Studios' Film teams to identify opportunities for brand partnerships through show integrations, sponsorships, and custom content campaigns. A successful Creative Executive, Film Partnerships will help bridge the gap between our creative teams and advertising partners, supporting work across theatrical, hybrid-theatrical, and streaming-only titles.
This role needs someone who understands both the creative and business sides of film. A Creative Executive, Film Partnerships will work with various teams across Amazon, from Production to Advertising Sales to Marketing, helping to execute how brands and films work together at Amazon MGM Studios.
Key job responsibilities
• Support the identification and execution of brand integration, sponsorship, and custom content partnerships
• Perform script coverage, film breakdowns, and brand opportunity identification
• Contribute to ideation sessions with creative executives, brand managers, and account executives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Ads, Marketing, Production, Finance, Operations
• Support the implementation of integrations, sponsorships, and custom content campaigns
• Assist in partnership execution while maintaining balance between creative intentions and brand objectives
• Manage multiple concurrent projects effectively

• Experience in the film and television industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience preparing and presenting data-driven results
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations
• Experience working with streaming platforms
• Understanding of the advertising technology landscape
• Background in ad sales or integrated marketing
• Familiarity with Amazon's entertainment offering • Experience with brand integrations or custom-content campaigns
• Knowledge of current industry trends
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $75,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $161,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
