- Req#: R-85762
- Demonstrate Code leadership and expertise with flexibility to work across different therapy areas and topics (e.g. collaborative working, digital etc).
- Review, approve and act as a final signatory for Lilly’s promotional and non-promotional materials and ensure that all programmes and materials are 100% compliant with the ABPI and IPHA Codes, scientific and medical data, local policies and procedures, and legislation.
- Positively partner with other functions on multi-disciplinary teams to ensure all materials follow compliance from conception.
- Demonstrate Code experience and expertise through training, sharing best practice, meetings and advice, and coach and train team members and cross-functional colleagues in matters related to the Code and the approval process.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the Code.
- UK registered Pharmacist or Physician.
- Registered, experienced signatory with few years of experience with excellent knowledge of ABPI and IPHA Codes, PMCPA and MHRA.
- Proactive leader with excellent communication skills – able to communicate with cross functional partners (e.g. Marketing, Medical teams, etc).
- Ability to demonstrate a collaborative mindset when working with diverse cross functional teams.
- Ability to embrace innovation, continuously improve and push new frontiers compliantly.
- Passion for medical review and strong interest in industry compliance.
- Contribute to the development and upkeep of the approval process, simplify work, and identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
- Desirable: Knowledge of Collaborative Working and Disease Awareness Campaigns.

ORGANISATION OVERVIEW:
As the Final Signatory you will be joining the UK Medical Review Team that is critical to the business and essential to the success of the UK and Irish affiliates. The UK team approves promotional and non-promotional materials (UK & Ireland) to communicate Lilly’s commitment to innovative medicines to healthcare professionals.
All team members are integrated into Brand Teams and work closely with the Brand Managers and Medical Advisors allowing you to provide ABPI Code of Practice expertise to all therapeutic and brand related matters.
The UK team within Lilly is part of a broader Northern European Hub (NE Hub) Medical Review Team, which also includes the Nordic countries (Denmark, Finland, Norway Sweden).
