- Prepare or review various monthly, quarterly, and annual financial, regulatory, management and liquidity reporting for Delaware based holding companies.
- Execute the month-end close process, ensuring legal vehicles’ financial statements are properly stated before submission to the corporate reporting system.
- Maintain records in support of the consolidation and tax activity including preparation of journal vouchers, timely and accurate reconciliation of consolidation reporting system and variance analysis.
- Maintain strong controls for various legal vehicles.
- Resolve issues by partnering with Corporate Staff (e.g., Corporate Reporting, Accounting Policy, Corporate Tax, Treasury and Mergers & Acquisition) and regional Controllers.
- Maintain sub ledger files and journal detail including sufficient and appropriate supporting documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of the Report of Changes in Organizational Structure (FR Y-10) to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York for all reportable events and related analytics.
- Responsible for data analysis and data remediation.
- Coordinate special projects as assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance.
- 0-3 yrs. public or relevant private accounting experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all levels of management
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet strict reporting deadlines
- Database management skills a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)

The Finance Accounting Analyst 2 is an individual contributor that supports the various Delaware Holding Companies and other responsibilities of the department. The role will interface with various levels of management and be part of a team environment. Candidates must have knowledge of accounting and finance functions with strong analytical skills. Requires attention to detail and ability to perform in a deadline driven environment.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$54,100.00 - $75,500.00
