      Job Description

      We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the South Region team of a leading multinational company. This role provides strategic financial support to the Finance Director and commercial teams, playing a key role in financial planning, reporting, and business decision-making. It also contributes to global finance transformation initiatives and ensures compliance with both internal policies and external financial standards.

      As part of this role, the analyst will engage in daily verbal interactions with international teams, so a fluent and professional command of English is essential.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Partner with the Affiliate Management Team and Finance Director to deliver financial insights that drive business decisions.
      • Lead financial planning processes: Budget, Forecasts, LRP, and month-end close.
      • Monitor and control internal processes: expenses, commercial policies, cost structure, and business cases.
      • Support financial governance, including transfer pricing, cash flow, balance sheet integrity, and internal controls.
      • Lead the S&OP process in collaboration with commercial, demand, and supply teams.
      • Provide strategic financial input to brand and business initiatives.
      • Prepare and analyze reports on Sales, SG&A, Distribution Margin, and local profitability.
      • Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

      Qualifications

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics (Master’s or CPA preferred).
      • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in multinational or pharmaceutical environments.
      • Strong knowledge in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering.
      • Proficient in SAP, SmartView, MS Office; experience with HFM, CTE/Concur is a plus.
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (mandatory).
      • Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven international environments.
