  Job Title: Financial Analyst

  Job Overiew
  As a Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting financial reporting, forecasting, and business analysis for defense service programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  
  Responsibilities
  Financial Performance Reporting
  • Gather and consolidate data to assist in analyzing financial results in line with regional and sector timelines.

  • Track and analyze costs associated with defense service projects.

  • Investigate variances between actual and forecasted results.
  Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Support the development of annual budgets, targets, and in-year forecasts as directed by Program and Financial Controllers.
  Business Support
  • Research cost postings to support project cost analysis, utilizing SAP and other systems.

  • Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end activities.
  Ad Hoc and Cross-Functional Support
  • Participate in ad hoc finance projects and business process improvement initiatives.

  • Prepare and submit invoice requests for both U.S. Government and commercial customers.

  • Provide support to additional programs as needed.
  Qualifications
  Basic Requirements:
  • Associate’s degree in Business or Finance with 4+ years of relevant experience, or

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance with 0–1 year of experience

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
  Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as a business or financial analyst in a large organization

  • Familiarity with SAP systems

  • Completion of at least 9 credit hours in accounting coursework
