  Position Purpose:

  • Compile and analyze financial information for the company.
  • Support market growth and provider expansion contracting efforts for multiple lines of business (i.e., Marketplace, Medicare, Medicaid) by working closely with corporate leadership along with Health Plan CEOs/VPs/and other key contributors across the U.S., seeking unit cost improvements in key markets using Price Transparency data

  In this Finance Analyst II role, you will:

  • Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management
  • Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of large data sets
  • Review of existing network rates with providers in comparison to publicly available competitor rate information
  • Will help develop best practices and workflows in order to educate supported health plans on Price Transparency data available

  Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of financial or data analysis experience.

  Preferred experience:

  • Advanced Excel user
  • Previous experience in healthcare industry

  *Applicants for this job have the flexibility to work remote from home anywhere in the Continental United States. However, due to the needs of the business, ideal work schedule is 8 am - 5 pm CST*

  Pay Range: $54,000.00 - $97,100.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
