FINANCE ANALYST IV-COMMERCIAL/PM FINANCE (Remote)

- Partner with the PM Director and SBT to support revenue growth and expand margins
- Support organic growth initiatives through the analysis of investment proposals and effective management of headcount.
- Validate business case and approve project investments for new product development (PAC/mini-PAC)
- Prepare a monthly forecast, review, and document the deltas between the plan, the prior year, the prior forecast, and the financial commitment.
- Perform ad-hoc billings and bookings, as well as margin analysis, to identify trends, gaps, and business insights.
- Proactively communicate potential risks and opportunities through variance, bridges, and decision support analysis.
- Support preparation of the Strategic Plan, Product deep dive, Quarterly forecasts, Monthly SBT reviews, and other ad-hoc projects, requests, and presentations
- Analysis of product costs in support of pricing activities, cost reduction/margin improvement, and other initiatives
- Analysis for manufacturing cost improvement and footprint initiatives.
- Support and validate inputs into the S&OP and demand management process
- Proactively apply TEOA-F principles to improve financial and other associated processes continuously
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA is a plus)
- Advanced Excel skills (including PivotTables, Lookups, and Query); working knowledge of Power BI and similar data tool is a plus
- Strong in quantitative and analytical skills
- Good interpersonal skills (communication, presentation, teamwork, leadership)
- Able to work under pressure, demonstrate good ability in time management, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills

Job Overview
The Financial Analyst will report to the Senior Manager of Product Management Finance (PM) in the DDN Business Unit, serving as the business partner to the Cable/ICC Product Management team. The position will provide enhanced visibility into financial performance (consolidated P&L and Product Line P&L) and support decision-making for investments, particularly at the Self-Directed Business Team (SBT) level. The analyst will drive profitable growth within the product portfolio (SBT) and support the team in achieving near- and long-term performance goals.

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $110,200 - $140,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
